Today we compared several different types of maps! We made Vinn Diagrams to record the similarities and differences we found.
Today we were invited to observe a fifth grade science experiment on density! The Density Tower experiment was a great follow up to our study of matter and the properties of matter. Thanks to Mr. Matus for letting us join in on the fun!
We started in the classroom, learning signals and locations to look! we then went outside on a birdwatching adventure! what fun!!!

we met our 3rd grade buddies for the first time today- oh, what fun we had getting to know each other! Here are some fun pics! Enjoy!!!!
what fun we had exploring what sinks and what floats today! the children were able to preform hands on experiments and discover how to make a piece of wood sink using only paperclips and rubber bands! they were quite proud of their accomplishments :)
